Our Fitness Classes

Every training session is designed with the aim of getting you to reach your targets in the shortest possible time. The body’s ability to adapt means that to progress you constantly need to change and develop your training, that’s why the programmes and classes we build use various training methods, are always varied and are specific to you.

Please take a look at our range of classes below, and take your first step to achieving your fitness goals.

We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes early if you are joining a class for the first time. This will allow you to get accustomed with any equipment, and will give you time to get accustomed to the facility and the class.

There is no cancellation charge, provided you cancel your planned session at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel any later than this you will be charged for that session.

*This does not apply to Macafit or Macastrong classes, which do not require a booking.

The only thing you need to commit to your training is yourself. Remember, you do not need to book for Macafit or Macastrong classes, just join us when it is suitable for you.

If you are thinking about personal training, as part of your initial consultation we will talk through and agree a number of sessions per week for training, which will be realistic and achievable.

Our pricing structure is as follows:

  • £4.50 for 30 minute sessions
  • £5.50 for 1hr classes
