1:1 Personal Training

Personal Training allows you to work with Lou on a 1-2-1 basis, it is the ideal solution for clients who want to get results and want to achieve them on schedule!

Each session is run in a friendly and professional manner, and provided by Lou, a passionate and well qualified trainer. You will be encouraged to push your limits, but never beyond your own level of capabilities.

Lou recognises that every client’s needs, objectives & fitness levels are different and every programme that Lou designs is bespoke to each client. A wide range of training techniques will be used and each session can be provided at our brand new fully equipped Personal Training studio at a time convenient for you.

Whether you are training for weight loss, endurance, sports events or a special occasion, everyone who works with Lou will also receive advice and guidance on their nutrition and diet.
