Group Personal Training

Training with a small group of friends, family or work colleagues is both enjoyable and motivational. It is also fast becoming the most popular choice for clients who wish to share the cost of personal training.

Working together as a team is a great way to boost your motivation, confidence and help you to stay focused on your individual targets.

For each group, advice and guidance on nutrition is provided and we develop a forum for everyone to encourage each other, share news, results, recipes and other motivational posts.

Sessions are held at our brand new fully equipped Personal Training studio. The workouts are tailored around the group’s fitness goals, areas of interest and ability. Every session is fun and varied and typically involves circuit training, functional & resistance based training and team games.

Sessions are available:

  • Monday – 16:00
  • Tuesday – 19:30
  • Wednesday – 17:00
  • Thursday – 09:15
  • Saturday – 09:45
